When the Carribean Transitional Energy Conference (CTEC) takes place in the Cayman Islands next month, attendees will enjoy a star-studded lineup of key speakers, including HOMER CEO Dr. Peter Lilienthal. Topping the list is keynote speaker Fabien Cousteau, grandson of the infamous Jacques-Yves Cousteau, who is a leading aquanaut in his own right, an ocean conservationist, and a documentary filmmaker.
