Through a case study on the Detroit-based Community Center at AB Ford Park, we will explore the challenges and solutions of designing, developing and funding Resiliency Hubs — from collaborating with community members, organizers, city services and funders to utilizing a design process that can help clarify stakeholder priorities. We will also look at potentially game-changing provisions passed in the Inflation Reduction Act.
