The Caribbean Renewable Energy Forum (CREF 2018) is the largest annual gathering of the Caribbean energy market. Now in its tenth year, CREF 2018 will bring together major stakeholders to map out the next decade of investment in a clean, resilient and competitive Caribbean.
This year’s keynote speaker is José Ortiz, the new CEO of Puerto Rico’s Electric Power Authority (PREPA). He’ll be joined onstage at CREF by Fernando Padilla, Director of the Office of Special Projects. The forum will also feature an interactive map and database of energy storage projects in the Caribbean, as part of a collaboration with leading storage consultancy, Clean Horizon. A highlight of CREF 2018 is the 2nd CREF Industry Awards, recognizing excellence in project execution across the region in several categories.
