The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has launched the New York Prize, a $40-million competition to help fund microgrid development across the State. • Design: Up to $1 million will be awarded for 10 detailed microgrid designs.
  • Project build and construction: Up to $7 million per project will be awarded for up to 5 projects for building and construction costs.
