HOMER Energy is currently seeking microgrid conference speakers for its 5th annual HOMER International Microgrid Conference (HIMC2017), September 18-20, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. This year’s conference theme is “Microgrid Lessons from Global Markets.” If you are an industry practitioner, microgrid project manager, researcher, or executive interested in delivering a 20- to 30-minute presentation or participating in a panel discussion, HOMER invites you to submit a proposal via the conference website or via email no later than June 30, 2017.

Join microgrid owners, developers, suppliers, and policy makers from around the world to discuss essential topics in today’s microgrid market. HOMER is looking for speakers in these areas:

  • Microgrid market conditions
  • Financing microgrid projects
  • Microgrid controllers and power electronics
  • Microgrid storage
  • Use cases in all major microgrid markets — grid-connected, isolated utilities, remote power, and energy access
