Annual HOMER International Microgrid Conference: Speakers, Sponsors, Save the date

Following last year’s successful 4th Annual HOMER International Microgrid Conference in New York, HOMER Energy has set the date and location for what promises to be its best microgrid conference to date. Participants will spend three days learning about microgrids and meeting industry experts at the 5th Annual HOMER International Microgrid Conference in Denver, Colorado, September 18-20, 2017. The conference will bring together microgrid owners, developers, suppliers, and policy makers from around the world to discuss essential topics in today’s microgrid market. The conference features two days of networking and learning, along with an optional third day of HOMER training.

Speak at the conference

HOMER is currently seeking conference speakers and sponsors. If you are an Industry practitioner, microgrid project manager, researcher, or executive interested in delivering a 20 to 30-minute presentation or in a panel participation opportunity, you are invited to submit a proposal via the conference website or via email, no later than June 30, 2017.

HOMER is looking for speakers in these areas:

  • Microgrid market conditions
  • Financing microgrid projects
  • Microgrid controllers and power electronics
  • Microgrid storage
  • Use cases in all major microgrid markets – grid-connected, isolated utilities, remote power, and energy access
